Currently, no permits or reservations are needed for visiting Tunnels Beach.
Tunnels Beach has no facilities, and you cannot camp here either. If you need a beach with facilities, the Haena Beach Park, a state beach park has restrooms, lifeguards and free parking.
Haena Beach Park is just a 10-15 minutes stroll from Tunnels Beach, and you can walk along the beach.
